when we tackle apartment buildings, constant communication with building management and tenants is our first priority. Letting residents know which units we
will be working over, and how long we will be there, goes a long way toward easing their concerns. And by completely organizing and staging the project
beforehand, we are able to get the job done with an absolute minimum of tenant inconvenience.
