They Play MY Game

I work with Mark Hubbard at Turner Morris.  In a word, he’s been my angel in roofing maintenance and repairs.

Front to back, he plays MY game.  It’s a question of telling the right story for a long-term fix.  So he tailors our presentations to our homeowners for both left and right brain people.  I’m a visual guy, so Mark provides me with great photos, illustrations and diagrams to back up all the written stuff.

Make It Easy

He’s taught me a lot about roofing, too.   And he always puts things in layman’s terms.  It makes it easy to understand what we need to do and why.

Up here, we have to deal with a myriad of violent conditions.  Mark and his crew deliver safety and performance while respecting the pocketbooks of the owners.  He is looking out to protect their assets, just like I am.

Pro-active Approach

Being pro-active is key: prevent by planning ahead.   Turner Morris is very reliable.  I get what I need, what’s expected.  They won’t bite off more than they can chew.  With these guys, I have good support behind me, all the way up to Tim Morris.  That means a lot.

I trust their integrity, because they tell me what I need to hear, not what I want to hear.  Their way of doing business extends across the company – there is no gap in commitment between the people I work with.


If someone was to call me and ask me about hiring Turner Morris, I would say, “Absolutely, hire them.  You don’t have to be an expert in roofing repairs or maintenance, they do the hard work for you.”
