We deal with Home Owners Associations and that’s a challenge. We have to present information in a way that helps the owners understand what’s really going on, and what kind of work needs to be done on their roofs.

Thinking Long-Term

We had a roof need with an HOA and Turner Morris put together an excellent proposal, clear and easy to understand. And they showed the long-term benefits of their work by showing the long-term impact on maintenance costs.

No Worries

With Turner Morris, I don’t have to worry about crossing “t’s” and dotting “i’s” – they are very thorough. They stand behind their work. I’ve never felt they have done less than right by me and my homeowners, and they’ve gone beyond their obligations more than once.

That doesn’t make it a slam dunk for these guys, either. I negotiate aggressively and get competitive quotes.

But I’ll tell you that their standards of character, competence and commitment fairly represents who they are and what they do. There’s not much more important than those standards in running a successful business.
