- New Roof: Complete removal of existing multiple layers roofing. Fibertite 60 mil SM sheet fully adhered over DensDeck cover board set in low rise foam over full tapered isocyanurate insulation board set in low rise foam over concrete deck. 15 year full systems warranty.

Special Notes:
At 120 feet in the air in a downtown urban environment, a complete roof removal can be a big, big challenge. Especially during the winter! Turner Morris, however, was not new to this game. A specially designed trash chute was erected which could handle the loads and the winds to safely remove debris from the roof. A tapered isocyanurate insulation system was installed to provide positive drainage to what once had been a small lake! The foam board also brought the roofing system up to current energy code. A super dense cover board was installed over the foam to provide protection from foot traffic and resistance to hail impact. The FiberTite 60 mil White Energy Star sheet was then fully adhered to the substrate to provide an energy efficient and watertight envelope. New custom bent coping metal and color contrasted traffic pads finished off the project.
