<p>Andre, the superintendent on the job, really is wonderful to work with. He and his team put the whole project together the way we wanted it – including making it easy for us to handle the metal disposal. That was one of our stipulations, and Turner Morris helped make it easy to pick it up at the site without creating a mess.</p>

<p>I’ve learned how to do roofing right at Turner Morris. Tim (Turner) and Tim (Morris) simply will not compromise on doing the job the way it ought to be done. I think that’s a key reason they started having employees initial their work on the roof in permanent ink. If you do your job right and well, then you should have enough pride to sign it. It really makes people think hard about the quality of their work, I can promise you.</p>

<p>We hired Turner Morris to fix a roofing problem, once and for all.<br />They did not disappoint. <br />From Hans Turner performing a detailed site survey to the amount of detail that he produced in his report, it was very impressive from start to finish. The report enabled me to experience first hand the exact conditions of the issue and the overall assessment of the repairs.</p>

<p>I hired Turner Morris because they were able to identify a long-term fix. Their reputation plus the fact that their proposed solution made sense was reason enough to hire them. But they promised no more leaks, and then explained and demonstrated how they were going to deliver on that.</p>

<p>We deal with Home Owners Associations and that’s a challenge. We have to present information in a way that helps the owners understand what’s really going on, and what kind of work needs to be done on their roofs.<br />
We had a roof need with an HOA and Turner Morris put together an excellent proposal, clear and easy to understand. And they showed the long-term benefits of their work by showing the long-term impact on maintenance costs.</p>

<p>We really kind of strung these guys out for a couple of years. The roofing need we had was large and challenging, and there were other priorities that kept pushing the project back.<br />
Over 2 years after their initial bid, we finally got funding allocated and asked Turner Morris to rebid the job. I was surprised at how close they came to their original price - costs have not stood still over the last while.</p>
